Patrick Cleary

Patrick Cleary serves as Senior Vice President, U.S. Cement and Supply Chain at Amrize, where he leads the company’s U.S. cement and integrated supply chain. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring the production and delivery of high-quality, American-made cement that supports critical infrastructure, construction, and economic growth across the country.

Patrick is a recognized leader in U.S. cement, with deep expertise in domestic production, operational alignment, and supply chain performance. He plays a central role in optimizing Amrize’s manufacturing footprint and logistics network to ensure reliable access to locally produced materials, while navigating global market dynamics to maintain a strong and resilient domestic supply base.

Previously, Patrick served as Senior Vice President of Cement Sales for Holcim U.S. since 2018. Over more than 15 years with the company, he held a series of senior leadership roles across key regions, including the Midwest, Northeast Mid-Atlantic, and Southern Plains, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the U.S. cement industry.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Washington.
